Now playing at Playland Park. Saint Lucifers ScreamPark is one of the most intense and scariest haunted houses in the state! Want a thrill in the worst asylum in Flint? See if you have what it takes to get through Saint Lucifer's Haunted Asylum!

The story of Saint Lucifer's Haunted Asylum
Long ago, it was boarded up, abandoned, left for dead. St. Lucifer's Asylum for the Mentally Insane. Once there were over 12,000 patients and a staff of 700. A cutting edge psychiatric hospital specializing in electroshock therapy. But things were far from normal. Patients frequently chewing their tongues off, body counts unusually high. Many patients disappearing into the 5 miles of underground tunnels. The stories of macabre events happening to innocent people were told everywhere. Such as the young boy who awoke to find the mark of St. Lucifer's on his arm. Later discovering he had a twin who died at St. Lucifer's. Or the retired nurse who gouged out her own eyeballs while riding the elevator in a department store. St. Lucifer's was called evil, haunted. Then the state ordered it close in 1974. Be one of the first to enter St. Lucifer's and discover for yourself the meaning of fear.

The story of Prison Break
Built on the remains of the original penitentiary, Hammerlock, was said to contain only the most vile and menacing prisoners in the system, with guards raging on the take, accompanied by the most corrupt warden the state could conjure. It was not only commonplace for prisoners to leave in body bags, but unheard of for a prisoner to leave the compound alive. Not a single convict entered the compound with expectations for release, the inmates weren’t offered parole, let alone release, not even their remains were shipped out, the Hammerlock is considered the most haunted facility in the U.S. department of corrections. Test yourself! Enter Hammerlock, and discover the secret to escaping with your life!

  • Email Verified Awesome haunts!!!

St Lucifer's and Prison Break are both awesome! Went through tonight and had a blast! Love how the actors interact with you instead of just trying to rush you through it. Makes it that much better! Highly recommend!

  • Email Verified Awesome time

Went through on October 12th with a group of haunt actors from Hush as part of the haunt swap. Though myself had issues getting through and constantly falling due to being on crutches and the floors through out the entire haunt were wet and slippery because of the rain we had that week I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Loved the props and scenery. I would recommend this haunt to anyone who is looking for a good show.

  • Email Verified Lacking

I went with one other person and we paid for both events. It wasn't bad but I don't think it was worth the money.

  • Worst haunted house ever

This was the worst haunted house I have been too. The actors were not scary at all. Had to wait outside for 2 hours and the haunted house was not even a 15 minute walk through. They advertise it as being a haunted asylum in which its not. I guess once I figured that out in line, it just made it that more of a let down. And 13 foot under didn't even resemble being underground since I could see the night sky above me. How is this place voted number 1?

  • Pretty good

The Haunted Asylum was incredible and terrifying and worth every penny! But I was a bit troubled with 13 Feet Under as some of the actors berated this boy because of his height in front of his friends. These same actors then proceeded to call them "queer" and used other profanity related language. Although it was a very cool attraction, I was quite offended with the way the actors were behaving.

  • What a joke

It's all hype. I wasn't even scared once. Also some of the props were broken. I was looking forward to the haunted house and it was a major let down!!

  • It was meh

I don't know if I went to the same place as all of the people writing articles and reviews of this place. I went last night, it wasn't terrible. But it wasn't really anything special. The actors timing was off and I literally stood behind them waiting for them to notice me at some points. They also were not convincing. They were kind of just annoying. I was never really scared. I'm just going to assume they were off last night and waiting to put out real effort more closely to Halloween, which p***** me off because I paid the same price. The elevator and props were cool, looked like some money was put into the place. Some cool set ups in the rooms. The retro arcade that sold the tickets was really awesome. Overall, I don't understand one bit how this was rated number one in Michigan on the travel channel and top 25 in America.

  • Unbelievable encounter

You could call me a Halloween fanatic, I've been to more Haunted houses than I can count... This was the most interactive place I have ever been to! I was terrified. The actors definitely push it to the limit. IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY!! There was never a moment where I was not mentally and physically freaking out.

  • Very Nice!

This was my very first haunted house and it was great! The only thing that did bother me was a few of the actors in the parking lot. Also just as a warning I would NOT recommend this attraction for anyone with mild to severe separation anxiety because I learned that the hard way and would rather not have someone else feel the way I did unless of course you enjoy hyperventilating. Great place overall.

  • Very fun

A coworker told me to take my kids to this place, wow I have never seen anything like this. We waited in line for 2 hours, and I would do it again. I want to go back before the seasons over.
