The theatre will not be showing movies during the month of October and will be completely transformed back to Victorian era times for this immersive haunted theatre attraction. The bloodcurdling haunt is designed by Bluewater’s professional set designers and will transform 11 different chilling areas of the theatre, including many spaces in this old historic building never before seen by the public. Each area of the haunt will be uniquely themed and staffed by professional actors trained in the art of terror.
The haunted attraction chronicles the experience of theatre proprietor Mr. Baldwin, an old caretaker who has worked in the theatre for over 50 years, and a harrowing tale of murder and the mayhem that followed. This is not for the faint of heart…this will scare you to death, just like what happened to Mr. Baldwin’s family, friends, and many patrons of his theatre! These “Ghosts on the Balcony” still haunt the building today!
The “Ghosts on the Balcony” will run daily October 1 – 30, and will feature a weekend family friendly haunt (ages 5-12) Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00pm – 5:00pm, and a bloodcurdling adult haunt (ages 13 and over) Sunday thru Thursday from 7:00pm -10:00pm, and Friday and Saturday from 7:00pm to 1:00am. Guests will also have the ability to purchase food and beverages from the concession stand along with adult (21+) beverages at various stops throughout the experience.
To round out the experience, guests are also invited to Emagine Palladium (located a short walk away) after the haunts to enjoy an after party for crafted brews and spirits, food and dancing. The “Ghosts on the Balcony” will become an absolute must do for those who want to enjoy the scariest time of the year!

Review This HauntEmail Verified Fun innovative experience for cinema lovers
Love the use of space and it was super fun event! I recommend this for teens to hundreds! I think those who love older theaters and cinema will enjoy this!! Some spooks and scares.
Scare Factor: Fun Factor: Haunt Value: Email Verified meh
The "hour-long" tour took all of 28 minutes - and that's including my getting lost in the maze twice and being the last member of our group to come out. One bit i really liked (minor spoiler alert) was the guy chasing us with a chainsaw screaming "get out quick" - in hindsight it was more prophetic than scary.
Scare Factor: Fun Factor: Haunt Value: Different kind of haunted house
Starting off sitting in an old theater was really cool! I never knew what to expect around each corner. The special effects were great and felt real at times!
Scare Factor: Fun Factor: Haunt Value: Email Verified Terrible
Lame old storyline about a deranged doctor. No point, no thrills, no scare! Not at All as advertised. People exiting were perplexed about what they had just wasted their money on. Beware! Don't Go!
