The former weekend retreat to John Dodge, the auto magnate, is rumored to be haunted. Witnesses believe it may be Dodge himself who lingers the grounds, after he passed in 1920. His daughter, Anna Maragret, died of measles when she was just 4 years old and her spirit is said to linger here as well. Sounds of footsteps have been heard along with disembodied voices and the eerie feeling of being watced.
