Went during survive the night weekend. It was great fun. Loved the haunted attractions and the scavenger hunt. Great time. Will definitely be back next year!

In love
I love this place. Great place to be. Lines can be long but that's to be expected anywhere. Wear comfy shoes. The castle is awesome. The maze is unpredictable. Forest walk had me on my toes and my son loved the family friendly hayride. Had a great night. Well return in the future!

Really cool experience
My overall night was really awesome with all the people who come up to you or chase you. A worker hooked us up for some tickets when we would’ve been waiting in line for hours. The hayride and the maze were incredible because they really got your adrenaline pumping and got you excited. I’m definitely going back and i really recommend to come here whenever you get the chance.

Email Verified Maze was fun
The maze is its highlight. We got lost for about 45 minutes, and it was fun. The haunted house and forest can give your few scares if you are faint-hearted. The lines are horrid during weekends. Hence it is advisable to get a speed pass.

Email Verified The props were pretty good
The walk through the woods and the haunted castle were good. It has some scary elements. But hayride was disappointing. The props were pretty good as well. I found some guys smoking in the queue, even though signs were put up to the contrary. Will I visit it a second time? No. It is a one-time visit at best.

Email Verified Queues were so long
Me and my girl friend bought tickets.. but the queues were so long that we could do only one fourth of the attractions. It was disappointing. Will they give you any discount next time?

Good for adults
The haunted house is good for adults. But I am not sure if the dummy with his balls ripped out is appropriate for kids. If you love horror movies, you can watch horror flicks which they screen in an outdoor viewing area. The queues are long in the weekends. Hence be there early. Overall, a nice experience.

Email Verified Get tickets online...lines can be long
Guys.. it is my advice.. get the tickets online. The lines can be long and there is no point wasting time waiting for your turn to buy tickets.

Enjoyed the spooky environment
We have been visiting Scarefest for the past three years. This time I took my grand kids along and they really liked the whole spooky environment. Kids really enjoyed the hayride. The whole place was neatly maintained. Food was very delicious. The heated beer tent and bonfire was worth mentioning.

Email Verified Haunted house is okay
The hay ride was not as scary as expected. Felt like it has been designed for kids only! Maze is fantastic; still waiting outside for long time diminishes the thrill. Haunted house is just okay.

Email Verified Wonderful place to spend a fall night!
Overall experience was good. A wonderful place to spend a fall night. But expect long hours in queue to check in. If the waiting time was less I would have rated more.

Email Verified The best scream park in MI! Such a great experience!
Such a great experience! We tried all the four attractions of Scarefest Scream Park. The haunted house is a major plus. The most intense attraction, so be prepared for a pretty good scare. Worth the price. I truly congratulate the team for the attention in to detail. The cast members are fully committed to their roles and did a superior job. The maze is another highlight with numerous hidden passages to explore. It was full of fog and strobes and hidden monsters and frights. The hayride is less scary and is good for children of all ages. Still beware there are something lurking out in the dark! Do expect a long wait to complete all attractions. It’s highly recommended to get there at around 7pm else you can’t even finish the whole park.

Email Verified Don't waste your money.
We were very excited for the overnight scare fest. We went to most of the attractions before hand. We were not told your passes only work until 11:45pm, not when the park closes at 12:30am. I'm not scared easily but I have to say the attractions we did see weren't very good. Then there was the scavenger hunt which was a good time, however our "haunting" that was suppose to start at 3 am and not stop till 7 am, it didn't start till 6am and you had to go to them if you wanted to be scared. Also they start playing Disney music at 7am screaming to get up and get out when you should have till 11am to pack up. Don't waste your money if you want to be yelled at I'm sure someone will do that for you at home for free.

Email Verified Survive the Night
This was our first year doing the overnight haunted camping and it was great! Definitely worth the money. You get unlimited access to all 4 attractions, a dinner voucher from Hamlin pub concessions, breakfast at 7am. Then after the park closes you start an interactive scavenger hunt for 3 hours. My team came in 2nd place! Shenanigans began the minute you set up camp and didn't stop til 7am!

Not for impatient people looking for a good scare
My friends and I went here last year and we were excited because we purchased all 4 attractions. Out of the four attractions we went to, the best and the only scary one was the castle. The least was the hayride -- they seemed to be understaffed as there was a long pause between scares. Personally, I'm one of those people that get scared easily, but the rest of the attractions did not scare me at all, more like a fun house not a haunted place. We had to wait at least 45 mins for each attraction so it kinda defeated the whole scary vibe to it. At the least, they provided entertainment stunts while we waited in line like chainsaw scare or fire breathing. We came in the height of October so it was a fairly busy time for them so I do understand the long wait. However, if you are impatient like me and wanted to have a good continuous scare, then this place is not worth the price for the scare.

The haunted castle will get you and the Hayride is the best yet!
We only had enough $ for 2 thrills, so first we did the castle which everyone was saying was the most scary. This freaked out my friends when hidden stuff kept jumping out of nowhere. So then we decided to go on the hay ride to just get out and check snapchats and instagrams. but it was really more freaky than the haunted house! It went on for a long time with zombies jumping out of the dark at us. The guy on the speaker was a really good actor, and the giant monster in the woods was wicked!

Best haunt I've been to
Scarefest is a great place to go for fun and to get the life scared out of you. We went threw all attractions all had good scares. If I had to pick the best would have to be the castle of the dead, at the beginning the a story is told in your way to the first room of the castle and after that there is chilling moments around every corner. I suggest this haunt to go to!!!! FYI can't beat the price of tickets

Very fun!!
Great park! Has a lot of potential to be even better. Seems like it's a little understaffed but we still had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed it.

Shock and awe!
Scare fest is not a typical haunt, it's an experience of exciting fun for everyone. It is a place that you and your family can come for the entire evening and experience good times along with the havoc and mayhem of the creepiness. You can also be entertained in a heated beer tent with premium mixed drinks . Where else can you go for that kind of fun! It truly rocks!

best place around
Characters stay in character, try their best to appease every patron but those people that come in and try to be the tough guys that I've witnessed they still try to get them by double teaming up on them and even gotten a few to either jump or scream by catching them off guard. Great job!

Awesome! Family friendly!
Although they seemed understaffed, my children and I had a fun time with all the attractions. There were many other forms of entertainment than the attractions to keep you busy throughout the night including game booths, movies, and fire spinners! There is even a heated tent with a dj to get your boogie on. The tickets were a little pricy but, I wouldn't settle for less seeing some of the drunks there. Maybe they should put a limit on how many drinks they serve but, just my suggestion. Other than that, scarefest was great and I recommend this haunted festival for everyone who wants a fun time.

not impressed
we waited over 2 hours in line for the haunted house and it wasn't even scary and under staffed. Same goes for the hay ride we waited a long time and still not scary we laughed more than we screamed. what you pay for the tickets is not worth the wait.
