Machpelah Cemetery

This Jewish graveyard dates back to 1912 and is rumored to be haunted by phantom sounds of bells and screaming. Reports say these strange things happen between midnight to 3 AM and that the sounds seem to come from the park that is behind the cemetery.

I lived within sight of this cemetery and never saw or heard anything that would be considered a haunting. In the 50s they did relocate a lot of Graves to widen Woodward Ave.

I live very near to this cemetery for 40 years and have never heard anything that was described. I also had a friend that worked there and she never had any paranormal experiences there.
