Steffens Orchards is a family farm operation currently operating 300 plus acres of apples. The existing barn is over 100 years old and was refurbished in 2010. It has beautiful hand-hewn beams inside. The barn is where we teach children about the life cycle of apples and pumpkins.
There are so many fun things to do on a farm at Steffens Orchards. You can take a walk out to the orchard to pick your own apples or to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkins. We have a swing set and a wooden tractor with a wagon that you can play on and is great for pictures.
On the weekends during Kent Harvest Trails (mid-September to Halloween) the Moon Bounce will be up for our customers children to play in at no charge, weather permitting.
We have several picnic tables available. We hope you enjoy your visit to our orchards and market and please come back to see us again.
