This hotel dates back to 1912 and has had a number of hauntings reported ever since. Moans, voices, screams and sobs have been heard here and the ghost of a tall, shadowy man and young girl wearing a white dress have been spotted.

  • Hotel Kalkaska

    I played there back in the mid 80's. They put the band up in the rooms upstairs. After setting up I was the first one up there to select my room and picked the nicest. About an hour later something felt odd and I went back up and moved my stuff to a different room. We found out the town drunk had crawled up the fire escape and died in the first room I picked. I didn't see a ghost or anything but it was just an odd feeling that made me move to a rattier room

  • super cool!

    we stopped there to check it out and if it was really haunted. it definitely was!! you could 100% feel the ghosts. i got super dizzy and just felt off. if you’re driving by it, i recommend stopping!!

  • They just want a tea party!

    I'm a Sieting myself, and I can say for a fact that this story sounds like slender-man, and not at all what happened.

    This place is dingy and unpleasant. Ghost experiences don't need to make you afraid of germs and mildew
