This historic library dates back to 1917 when it was rebuilt after a fire destroyed it in 1893. It is now on the National Register of Historic Places list. People have reported seeing and hearing the apparition in the children's section. Witnesses say laughter can be heard from that specific area. It is believed to be haunted by a little girl.
