Brook Lodge was the summer residence of the Upjohn family (Upjohn Pharmaceuticals). It turned into a private estate for wedding events and ceremonies. Reports have it before the lodge closed down in 2009, the spirit of Dr. Upjohn haunted the place. Guests and workers have reported hearing footsteps and strange noises that coud not be explained. There was also a sense of uneasiness for those who stayed in the Doctor's Cottage where Dr. Upjohn died. It's unclear what the property is used for now.
