  • Scary and Unique!

This was the first haunted ship that I have been on. It was such a unique experience! Going deeper and deeper into this giant war ship definitely added to the creepy factor, plus it is supposedly haunted for real. You can do tours of it during the day as well, if you're a history buff. Would definitely go back again! Make sure you wear good shoes though, because there are lots of small ladders you have to climb up/down.

  • Email Verified Great and original setting!

I've been to many haunted houses, hayrides, etc, over the years, but never one on a navy ship! Very cool effects, lots of jumpscares, cool and gory scenery. Well worth the price!

  • Email Verified A unique haunt

I enjoyed my time aboard the USS Edson. This was my first time on a real warship, and the 2nd haunted house I've been to in my life. The actors did a good job and were rather friendly. More of the actors wearing scary masks/makeup (including scary cloth masks) would have been nice, though weirdly, I felt more unnerved when I was isolated in the ship rather than when an actor appeared behind me. The small flashlight provided was rather useful, though the fog effects could have been turned down a bit. I did get a bit confused in a bigger room were there was heavy fog and lights on the ceiling. At times, shadows appeared to be solid objects. Definitely worth the price of admission, though I wish I could have been there for 2019 season. The upgrades to the admission booth and waiting pavilion are most welcome.

  • Outstanding with loads of fun

An outstanding haunt with great scares and loads of fun. Went with my cousins and we had a blast. It was my first visit into any type of battle ship for that matter. Each cabin inside concealed many bone-chilling moments. I jumped more than once. Actors performance was excellent. It was not too expensive either. Recommended!!

WOW! We actually think your fantabulous too! Especially with a little butter and a pinch of garlic!

  • Email Verified Had a wonderful time

I and my family had a wonderful time at the Edson. The haunted house had creepy and realistic sets with great props and scares. Climbing the decks involved some physical activity. Hence your fitness matters. Couple of scares actually had my heart in my mouth. My hubby was also startled by couple of scenes. Actors were fantastic. I will come again.

That was actually the hearts of the previous "guests" she had in her mouth. We like to offer a light snack sometimes.

  • Email Verified Amazing!

By far my favorite. It was definitely scary. The lightning throughout the ship was perfect. Looking forward to going back.

You only got away because we were so flattered when you said we were your favorite, we forgot to toss you in the brig! Thanks for coming out!

  • Unique haunted attraction

A unique haunted attraction, aboard the mighty USS Edson. Spaces were narrow in the corridors, and the pitch darkness made it even more scary. Lines were long, but moved fairly quickly. Love it, will definitely be back next year.

Wait? You sure your not still down there wondering around in the dark?

  • Email Verified Can't anticipate terror

Heard a lot about Edson from my friends. So it was a non-brainer when my GF proposed the idea to visit. The wait time in the lines were not too long. The scares are well planned and executed. Lots of varieties as well. You just can't anticipate the terror coming your way. Workers were kind too. I will certainly visit next year.

She actually led him here. He didn't make it out so he will still be here next year, and the next, and the next.....

  • 5 stars!!

I've never been inside a ship hence was full of surprise. The actors can make us jump, they're really scary. Everything is well set up and prepared. It was really packed and I had to wait long. But the wait was worth it. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the ship and the show. I would strongly recommend this place to others. Five stars!

Our monsters are equal opportunity scare enthusiasts! Makes it so no one will notice the one who has disappeared. Easier to get our sacrificial dinner that way! Thanks for coming out!!
