This theater was constructed in 1929 by movie mogul, Paul Shlossman. The theater was originally built for all taking motion pictures and the theater officially opened on September 16th, 1930.

According to the theater's website, the theater features many "ornate carvings, arches and intricate plasterwork." After being in operation for almost 30 years, the theater closed for a brief amount of time to be refurbished.

At this theater, there have been reports by various people of a small apparition wearing black clothing that follows you around.
