  Room 426 experience

  Just stayed at the Perry in room 426 across from the library and found this thread after having an experience. I can’t believe what I am reading, I had almost same thing happen. fell asleep and had a dream a woman came into our room and was walking toward the bed. It looked real in the dream, like I was looking into the dark room. Screamed in my sleep sleep and my husband had to shake me twice, hard, to wake me up. I do not have a history of night terrors, nor did I know anything about a supposed ghost before reading online. I let the staff at the desk know, too! Crazy!

  Booked a room at the Stafford Perry Hotel, not knowing it was haunted. After hearing that people have experienced things, we decided to bring an EMF reader. Once there, I decided to go out into the hallway and just walk with the EMF. All was quiet until I got half way down the hall and the meter went off. I started to ask the usual yes and no questions. It answered. I decided to head back to the room to tell my friend that I ran into a ghost and it followed me back. But it would not come in the room. I continued to ask questions and determined that it was a woman. I kindly asked that she stay outside my room, but my friend told her to come back and visit at night! And she did. I woke up to him screaming in his sleep and after I finally woke him up, he told me his dream about an old lady named Doris who was standing at the door and she kept getting closer and closer and he was terrified. Later we found out that the supposed ghost that is there is named Doris. We walked all around this hotel and my meter went off at many locations. Got pictures of cool orbs as well.
