The Lansing State Capitol building takes you back to the Victorian era. It was completed in 1878 after 6 years of construction. The building is believed to be haunted by a spirit. The spirit is believed to be the man who was killed there while painting the rotunda. Reports have it that his apparition appears with painters' attire on. Some also report feeling cold spots and winds.
